EU702 is an old model. The CD installation is only available for Win 7 (32 bt). But I suggest you don't bother with the CD, because we don't provide updates for this model any longer.

 Seems like all of your tools do not get any updates after they are purchased. A few people asked about the product you guys made not loading on a computer as it was designed to do so, your response is "don't worry about it". Do you really think people will keep buying your products when that is the type of customer service and support you give your customers. Ridiculous and I am not even the one asking for any help. No point in making update-able products when no updates were ever made for it and the update software that came with it does not load. 

 This is understandable... it's an old model and no updates are available anyway.

However, how do I copy saved data from the MaxiDiag EU702 to my PC if the PC Link software is not supported on newer version of Windows? Is there some sort of USB driver?

I tried connecting the EU702 to the PC using USB cable, but not much happens.

Please advise?

Set the install program to run compatible with Windows NT, don't run as an administrator and it will install in Windows 7.

I was astonished to find that this very expensive device is no longer supported - won't buy anything else from them.  The very least they could do is offer a cheap upgrade.

I think that you still need to use the PC Link software to copy data to your PC. Perhaps you can give it a try to install the PC Link software on a Windows Vista/XP computer.

By the way, when and where did you buy this EU702?

It is better to buy Autel devices from Autel authorized distributors so that the warranty and software update of the products can be guaranteed. Some immoral businessmen are still selling the out-of-date products, even fakes. 

I like to search the product information on the manufacturers' official websites before purchasing.
